Blizzard has released WARPATH, an AMV counting down to the launch of World of Warcraft: Forever — and it's a proper collaboration. The piece was made in partnership with Brunch Studio and runs on "End of You," performed by Poppy, Amy Lee and Courtney LaPlante. It went up on the Warcraft YouTube channel on October 27 (Wowhead logged it at 5:13pm UTC), and the official copy opens with exactly three words: "Alliance. Horde. War." The instruction follows: "Rally your party and brave the wilds of World of Warcraft: Forever on Nov 4 with a WoW Subscription or game time."
The credits are short, and they're all official
Blizzard's published production info amounts to two lines. One: "Made in partnership with Brunch Studio." Two: the track credit — "End of You," performed by Poppy, Amy Lee and Courtney LaPlante, "Courtesy of Sumerian Records," "Under license from Virgin Music Group." No director, runtime or behind-the-scenes material has been announced. MMO-Champion's same-day post and Wowhead's item match the studio, track and performer credits word for word.
Two launch dates, each quoted as published
The overseas wording comes straight from the video copy: launch on Nov 4, and you'll need a WoW Subscription or game time. Wowhead's and MMO-Champion's coverage both use November 4. The global launch date in Blizzard's announcement for the China-published calendar is November 5; the exact hour on that day has not been announced. Both dates are official. This article quotes each source as published and doesn't merge them.
