Check more than text and audio
The official screenshot shows Options → System → Languages and Social. It lists Text, Audio, Preferred Online Language and Preferred Account Location, with Apply buttons beneath the social preferences.
Review the language settings you need, apply changes and relog. The screenshot accompanies an EU announcement; identical China-client options have not been tested.
