The Novice Arcanist's Belt is made through Tailoring. The current record shows blue quality, a character level requirement of 10 and Bind on Pickup.〔1〕
Why it is worth watching
For players who start Tailoring early, low-level blue equipment can offer a concrete goal, but quality alone does not guarantee better stats. Full equipment stats, learning requirements and the acquisition process are needed to judge whether gathering materials specifically for it is worthwhile. The Minor Mana Potion in the recipe also shows that its ingredients extend beyond cloth, but this does not establish another crafting chain that has not been checked.〔2〕
