The Loom can be used for recipes that require it and provides all the benefits of a Faction Banner. It requires a nearby campfire and can be placed over a Faction Banner to replace it.〔1〕
Why it is worth watching
Understanding workstation requirements can help players prepare for a complete craft more than simply listing equipment names. Whether the Loom supports finished equipment or another step must be checked against recipe requirements, rather than inferred from the name of the device. Bottled Scream appears among its materials. This gives a specific acquisition lead to investigate, but does not identify a particular quest or boss.〔2〕
Conditions supported by the current data
- Profession: Tailoring
- Item usage requirement: Tailoring 300
These item usage conditions are not recipe learning requirements. The learning route still needs to be checked.〔3〕
What to test next
- Which recipes require a Loom, and which produce materials or finished items?
- Does it perform a different step from the Spinning Wheel?
- How is Bottled Scream obtained, and can party members share the facility?
These are targets for the next round of testing, not confirmed acquisition or usage rules.〔2〕
Crafting materials
| Material | Recipe quantity |
|---|---|
| Bottled Scream | 1 |
| Bolt of Runecloth | 4 |
| Simple Wood | 4 |
Quantities follow the current recipe record. The actual output per craft still needs to be checked.〔4〕
