Profession preview | Based on client build 1.60.1.70245, compiled on 9 October 2026. Not tested in-game. This evidence excludes hotfixes and some encrypted records; actual availability and behavior require in-game confirmation.
Made through First Aid, the Surgical Tourniquet is described as removing bleeds up to level 65 and cannot be used in combat. The level 65 wording concerns the effects it can remove, not the character level required to use the item.〔1〕
Why it is worth watching
Bleed removal is the use worth examining on its own. Players spending long periods outdoors may want to test whether it eases lingering harmful effects after leaving combat. It is not a replacement for a class defensive ability in combat. Whether it removes a particular enemy's bleed, and whether exceptions exist, requires specific test cases.〔2〕
Conditions supported by the current data
- Profession: First Aid
The current evidence confirms the crafting profession. Eligible targets, usage rules and where the recipe is learned still need in-game checks.〔3〕
What to test next
- Which bleeds can be removed, and which fall outside its scope?
- What are its targeting restrictions, cooldown and behavior when use fails?
- Where is the recipe learned, and does it share a cooldown with other First Aid supplies?
These are targets for the next round of testing, not confirmed acquisition or usage rules.〔2〕
Crafting materials
| Material | Recipe quantity |
|---|---|
| Rugged Leather | 2 |
| Runecloth | 2 |
| Heavy Silken Thread | 2 |
Quantities follow the current recipe record. The actual output per craft still needs to be checked.〔4〕
