The library collection activity just got a third tier: with the level cap now at 30, the faction librarians accept 25 books for a three-way reward choice — and for Hunters in particular, this is a pre-launch gear source worth knowing.

Two things to note: first, at level 30 you can currently equip only one of the three — Wowhead speculates the other two carry level-40 requirements, and the bow may gain a level lock later, so start banking books now but hold off on locking in a gear slot. Second, the earlier adjustments still apply: the 10-book necklaces were nerfed to uncommon, and the 20-book rings are now available to all classes at item level 35.
Turn-in locations are unchanged: Alliance find Garion Wendell in Stormwind's Mage Tower, Horde find Owen Thadd in Undercity's Magic Quarter; books are scattered across the world in spots ranging from easy to risky.
