Scope: This is a Classic route reference, not a fully tested Forever route. Verify recipe thresholds, quantities, yields and Legacy effects in the current client before buying materials.
The cheapest secondary with the highest floor
First Aid takes no primary slot and eats cloth from humanoid mobs. In Forever's raid environment bandages are baseline kit — max-rank Heavy Runecloth Bandages never stop selling.
- 17 new recipes (beta datamining): the bandage and anti-venom lines are both refreshed.
- Natural neighbor of Tailoring: bolt leftovers become bandages. See Tailoring 1-300.
The 1-300 route
The most linear route in the game: one cloth per bracket, no forks. Classic-base full table:
| Skill | Make | Materials |
|---|---|---|
| 1-40 | Linen Bandage | Linen Cloth |
| 40-80 | Heavy Linen Bandage | Linen Cloth |
| 80-115 | Wool Bandage | Wool Cloth |
| 115-150 | Silk Bandage | Silk Cloth |
| 150-180 | Heavy Silk Bandage | Silk Cloth |
| 180-210 | Mageweave Bandage | Mageweave Cloth |
| 210-240 | Heavy Mageweave Bandage | Mageweave Cloth |
| 240-300 | Runecloth and Heavy Runecloth Bandage | Runecloth |
Three key points: the Expert book (you need the purchased manual past 150 — don't stall); the Artisan Triage quest at 225 (Alliance in Theramore, Horde in Hammerfall — timed triage, bring spare cloth); batch some anti-venom along the way for poison-heavy fights and PvP.
The Legacy line
Working Overtime (+4-20% skill-up chance — pure speed on such a repetitive trade), Dedicated Study (daily +1), Performance Bonus (cloth crates give bandage leftovers a second life). Full table on the Legacy page.
