Note: this lead was originally published on October 16, 2026 by Wowhead; the fix has not been reverted and remains applicable until the Beta closes on October 23.
Druids stuck on the Cat Form quest can go finish it: Blizzard pushed a hotfix to the Beta that fixed the bug preventing druids from looting the relics required to acquire Cat Form, with a thank-you to the players who filed bug reports.
The blocker mattered: looting the relics is a key step in the questline, and being unable to pick them up hard-locked the whole chain — a "must fix" for druids leveling in the Beta who wanted the full class experience before shutdown.
The timing works too: the Beta closes permanently at 10:00 AM PDT on October 23 (see our earlier coverage), so these fixed days are the last window. If you were stuck on the chain, go claim your cat form now.
No other steps in the questline were mentioned as changed. If you hit a new blocker, bug reports remain the effective route — this very fix came straight from one.
